semget KEY,NSEMS,FLAGS

DESCRIPTION

Calls the System V IPC function semget. Returns the semaphore id, or the undefined value if there is an error. See also SysV IPC in the perlipc manpage, IPC::SysV, IPC::SysV::Semaphore documentation.
